What can I say about my stay at Bergamo Bassa? Well, let me start by saying that the hospitality we received from our host Riccardo was second to none. From picking us up at the airport to providing us with the best breakfast ever, he truly made us feel at home. The apartment was not only clean and tastefully decorated but also equipped with everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchenette where we could make our own meals. However, we rarely needed to use the bus as Riccardo was always ready to give us a ride or guide us on where to go. The old town of Bergamo was a gem to explore, with its charming cobbled streets and historic buildings. Riccardo's recommendations, like the restaurant Pasta e Basta, added an extra layer of authenticity to our experience. The room was cool and comfortable, even on a hot day, and the daily breakfast was a highlight with fresh orange juice that was a must-try. The availability of amenities like a computer and printer added to the convenience, making it a perfect spot for travelers like me who appreciate a cozy and well-equipped space. Riccardo's warm and helpful nature, combined with the exceptional quality of the accommodation, made our stay memorable.
